By using MemeSkill you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is

MemeSkill lets you search meme templates, add your own text in your browser, and download or copy the result. You can also sign in to use AI captions and to subscribe to Pro.

Templates and licensing

Memes are made from images that other people created or own, such as film stills, photos and artwork. We do not claim ownership of them, and showing a template here does not give you any rights to it.

• Templates marked Personal use only are provided for non-commercial fun, such as messaging friends or posting on your own social accounts. Do not use them in advertising, products or other commercial work.
• Templates marked Commercial use OK are original, public-domain (CC0) or licensed to us for commercial use. Check the page of the template you want to use.
• A Pro subscription removes the watermark and raises your AI limit. It does not change who owns a template or give you any extra rights to it.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. You must be at least 13 years old, and you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time on the account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Pro subscriptions

• Pro is $5.99 a month or $39.99 a year, in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
• Our order process is run by our online reseller Waffo (Waffo Pancake), the merchant of record. It takes the payment, handles sales tax and sends your receipts.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked on your account page, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
• We may change prices or plans. A change applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you first.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

AI captions

AI captions are written by an AI model from the description you give. They can be wrong, odd or miss the point, so check them before you share them. Free accounts can create 5 a day and Pro accounts 100 a day. Limits reset at midnight UTC and may change. Do not ask for hateful, sexual, violent or harassing content, or content that targets private individuals; we may refuse such requests.

What you create

You are responsible for the captions you write and for how you use the images you make. Do not use the site to harass people, to spread hateful or unlawful content, to impersonate others, or to break the law.

Acceptable use

Please do not overload the site, scrape it at high volume, or try to get around the limits we put in place. We may block access for misuse.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that every template is free of third-party rights.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, or for how you or others use memes made with it.

Changes
