Refund policy

The meme editor is free, so you can try the site before you pay. Pro is a subscription that renews until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked on your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

• If you are not happy with Pro, email us within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment.
• After 14 days we do not refund the current period, but you can still cancel so it does not renew.
• When a payment is refunded, your Pro access for that period ends and your account goes back to the free plan.

How to ask

Email support@meme-skill.com from the address on your account and tell us which payment you mean. Payments are processed by our reseller Waffo, and refunds go back to the original payment method. It can take several business days to show up, depending on your bank.
